Sofia Coppola for Louis Vuitton

Don't we heart Sofia Coppola's design for Louis Vuitton, A?

Finally the time has arrived for Louis Vuitton's next guest designer to wow the fashion industry. Sofia Coppola, daughter of director Francis Ford Coppola, who previously interned with Chanel, has designed the "SC bags" for luxury giant Louis Vuitton along with other accessories, such as small purse and shoes. The "SC bag" itself seems to ensemble both designs from the legendary "Speedy" and "Keep All" traveling bag. It is also intended to be a casual everyday bag that can fits all your belongings, and weightless!..Oh my..
This gorgeous bag comes in four versions, including the LV signature monogram leather, which I think you should go for!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but...

Yves Saint Laurent Unisex Collection 2009

Stefano Pilati, the current designer of Yves Saint Laurent, came up with a wonderful thought creation.. A collection of Unisex ready-to-wears!

The collection hit the boutique in San Francisco a couple of days ago and will be leaving tomorrow. The pieces will be touring to Miami, then New York. These pieces are such a small buy, once it's sold out, it's gone!

Check out the whole collection at nymag.com, or you can click here for the direct link.

So what's up with this Unisex?
The pieces, including jackets, tops, and pants, are made wearable for both men and women. Isn't that interesting??

Here are some of the ones I like:

Definitely wearable!

Very manly, very YSL.

FYI, the jacket in that last picture costs about $35,000!

Aloha!!

I just got back from Hawaii!

Gosh I wish you were there. Shopping was.. to say simply, SPEECHLESS. Can't get enough of them. So, what I found out is that boutiques in Hawaii have a much more different collection than the States, even though Hawaii is part of it.

This time round, I met Kanye West at Chanel @ Ala Moana! I was so stunned that I couldn't even move @_@ Apparently he was trying on some Chanel Homme ready-to wears. One of them was a navy blazer which looked good on him (of course!) I could not get a picture with him due to the store policy, and I won't wait for him to get out. No way! I'm just lucky that I had a conversation with him, even though it's short :)

I will post some pictures next time!

Aloha,

Luv That Skirt!

Dear J.

You got me there. I clicked on the link to Wittner, and true enough, I'm amazed! I checked on their new arrivals and found that they actually have cool shoes. Very punk/gothic all at once, and is wearable, or it seems like it. Good news is that Wittner does have online shopping, and it ships International! Isn't that the best thing you will find in a non-US website?? Cool one you've got there.

Erin Wasson X RVCA ..

This is the skirt I am currently drooling for.. *drool**

Love it love it love it!!

It is simple, so easy to wear with.. Either with tank tops or even plain white Ts. Of course, this is also featured on a magazine!! I forgot which magazine though. You can get it here at La Garconne. You can also find Zucca, Repetto, 3.1 Phillip Lim.. Ooh just go on and click!!

Talking about Repetto, remind me to tell you how crazy I am with those flats :D

Lub,
A

The SASSY one!

Take a gooood look on these fabulous sexy heels! Doesn't it get you drool all over it? Now I know what it feels to fall in love again..over shoes..HA!
This Wittner shoe comes in different colors and leathers, BIG applause to the OZ, more and more!

Meet and Greet!

Thousands of miles greetings, my dear A!
It's so TRUE what you've said earlier, hate it when we're far far far away! Good news though, they've invented something called Blackberry :) Ha! Stay connected!
Been so busy traveling I couldn't write earlier, sad sad. Now I just realized I have so much to share. I went to Perth, Australia recently and was quite surprised of how it has changed (what I mean by "change" is of course anything related to shopping!) Anyone who loves Aussie brands such as KOOKAi, Sass&Bide, Ksubi, etc (these are among my favorites)..this is your next shopping destination, guys! Another thing, I Love Love Love a boutique called Alannah Hill, amazingly beautiful designs (they just opened a HUGE store downtown, go check it out when you're there :) Very feminine, girly outfits yet all of them show a high level of sophistication.

So A, get your mouse, point it to the links, and click 'em all!

XOXO,
Junko

Well..

It's just so crazy as to how we do shop, right junko? With me in SF and you in Asia.. Luckily we have blackberry messenger to send pictures when we are in stores and instantly buy them for the other person. BBM shopping! Is it weird or are we just.. shopaholics?? Lol! Talking about shopaholics.. I went to watch Confessions of a Shopaholic the other day. But I think I like Sex and the City much much better. Fashion of course. Sex and the City is all about fashion, fashion, fashion!! I like Isla Fisher though. I can't help thinking about the part when she danced.. omg.. she is embarrassing but funny! She's hilarious! I love her!
